Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually.
• Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
• Refunds are only issued at our discretion.

Bookings & Liability

• We provide tools for managing rentals but are not responsible for the success or failure of your events.
• You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with local laws, insurance, and safety standards.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InflateMate is not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, data loss, or damages arising from use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or platform notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
