View a Customer's Booking History

Open a customer record to review total spend, booking count, and past rentals.

The Customers section doubles as a lightweight CRM. You can use it to understand how often someone books, how much they spend, and whether they are worth a targeted follow-up.

1. Open the Customers page

Go to Customers from the dashboard sidebar.

This page already gives you useful CRM signals like:

  • booking count
  • lifetime spend
  • last booking date
  • customer status
  • customer type, including VIP indicators

2. Find the customer you want to review

Use search or filters if the list is large.

That is usually faster than paging through the full customer table by hand.

3. Open the action menu and choose View Details

From the row actions menu, click View Details.

This opens the full customer record without forcing you into a separate page.

4. Review booking and spend history

Inside the customer details view, you can review:

  • total spend
  • current and past bookings
  • the customer’s overall relationship with the business

Use this before you:

  • offer a VIP perk
  • decide whether to approve an exception
  • follow up on an abandoned quote
  • build a repeat-customer promotion

Quick tip

If someone has multiple completed bookings and strong total spend, they are a good candidate for targeted coupons or personal outreach from the Marketing Hub.
