Customers – Viewing a Customer’s Booking History

This guide explains how to quickly view a customer’s booking history and related details within the InflateMate dashboard.

1. Navigate to the Customers Page

• In the dashboard, go to the Customers section.

2. Open the Customer Menu

• Find the customer whose history you want to view.
• Click the three dots (options menu) next to their name.

3. View Details

• From the drop-down menu, select View Details.

4. Customer Details Modal

• A modal will appear with the customer’s information, including:
  • Total spent
  • All past and current bookings
• You can click View on any booking to open detailed information for that specific booking.
