View Waivers
Track waiver status, resend signing links, preview documents, and open signed files or audit logs.
Use the Documents section to manage waiver activity across all bookings without hunting through each customer individually.
1. Open the Waivers tab
When you visit Documents, the default view focuses on waiver records.
This table is built to show:
- customer name
- waiver status
- event date
- signed date or created date
- available actions
2. Filter by status when you need follow-up
Use the status filter to focus on the waivers that actually need attention.
That is the fastest way to isolate:
- unsigned waivers
- recently sent waivers
- completed/signed waivers
If you are doing pre-weekend prep, this is usually the first filter worth checking.
3. Preview the active waiver
Use Preview waiver to review the document customers are being asked to sign.
This is helpful when:
- you want to verify the current waiver before sending customers to it
- you recently changed your waiver template
- support needs to confirm what the customer is seeing
4. Resend waiver links from the table
If a customer missed the original email, use Resend right from the waiver row.
That keeps the workflow fast because you do not need to open the booking first.
This is one of the quickest ways to unblock a booking that is waiting on paperwork.
5. Open the signed document or audit log
Depending on the waiver status, you may also see actions to open:
- the signed document
- the source file
- the audit log
Use the audit log when you need a stronger paper trail for compliance or customer disputes.
Quick tip
If you are chasing a customer for both payment and paperwork, handle the invoice from Bookings and the waiver resend from Documents so each workflow stays clean.
