Workflows that matter

Account for maintenance downtime

If an inflatable needs a repair, change its status to Maintenance so it is excluded from new availability. Return it to Available when it is ready, or mark it Retired when it leaves the fleet.

Book against the quantity you own

Set the owned quantity for each catalog item. For example, three identical slides with two reserved for an overlapping rental leave one available; the next booking is checked against the remaining quantity.

Allow turnaround time between rentals

Set your business's before-and-after buffers around rental times. Use an after-buffer for drying and cleaning a water slide, and a before-buffer for travel and setup. Availability uses these settings when checking another rental.

Review waiver status with the booking

Send signing links according to your document delivery settings. Before an event, open the booking to review signature status and the signed documents available for that rental.

Can I take inflatables out of rotation?

Yes. Change the status to Maintenance or Retired so the item is not bookable.

What if I own several of the same inflatable?

Use the item's owned quantity. Availability accounts for quantities reserved by overlapping rentals and your configured buffers before accepting another booking.

Where can I check whether the rental waiver is signed?

Open the booking's documents to review signature status and signed records. Signing links are sent according to your document delivery settings.
