Create Your Booking Workspace
Create your booking workspace, start the guided booking workflow, and prepare your launch checklist.
Use this flow the first time you log into InflateMate. Onboarding creates your booking workspace with a safe preview so you can see how bookings, quotes, invoices, payments, and confirmations work before anything goes live.
What onboarding covers
InflateMate asks for two things:
- What customers should see
- Where deliveries usually start
After that, InflateMate builds your booking workspace and shows you the guided booking demo.
1. Add the business name customers recognize
Enter your business name exactly how you want it to appear on your booking page preview, quotes, and customer emails.
You can change this later in Settings.
2. Add your starting location
Enter the location where deliveries usually start.
Use the Google address suggestion if it appears. If not, enter the address, city, state, and ZIP manually.
This location is used for routing and delivery zones. Customers do not see it publicly unless you choose to publish it later.
3. Create the booking workspace
Click Create my demo.
InflateMate will:
- create your booking website draft
- prepare your dashboard
- set up the customer booking flow
Nothing is live yet, and you can change everything before publishing.
4. Start the guided demo
When the workspace is ready, choose Start Guided Demo.
The guided demo walks through:
- quote creation
- invoice sending
- payment collection
- confirmed booking
After the demo, use the launch checklist to replace the demo setup with your real rental items, contact details, website settings, and payment setup.
