Inventory System – Adding a New Item

This guide explains how to add new inventory items (such as bounce houses, slides, or games) to your InflateMate dashboard.

1. Open the Inventory Page

• In the dashboard, navigate to the Inventory section.
• On the top-right corner, click Add Inventory.

2. Choose Item Type

• A drop-down menu will appear with the following options:
  • Bounce House
  • Water Slide
  • Combo
  • Game
  • Other
• Select the type that best describes your item.

3. Fill Out the Basics

• Complete the Basics card.
• ⚠️ This step is required for all inventory items.

4. Add Specs & Requirements

• Depending on the item type, you will see different specs and requirements fields.
• Some fields are optional, while others are required based on the selected item type.
• Carefully review and complete the necessary details.

5. Upload Images

• Add one or more images to represent your item.
• You can select a primary image, which will be the main image displayed on your website.
• Additional images can also be uploaded to showcase different views or features.

6. Create the Item

• Once all required fields are completed, click the Create button at the bottom-right corner.
• ✅ Congratulations! Your new inventory item has been added and is now available in the system.
