Booking System – Adding a Booking and Sending a Quote

This guide explains how to create a new booking and send a quote to a customer within the InflateMate dashboard.


1. Start a New Booking

  • In the dashboard, go to the Bookings section.
  • On the top-right corner, click New Booking.

2. Check Availability

  • The first step is the Availability check.
  • Select the desired date and time for the event.
  • The system will automatically display which inventory items are available during that period.

3. Enter Customer Information

  • After confirming availability, proceed to the Customer Information step.
  • Fill in the customer’s details (name, contact information, etc.).

4. Review the Summary Screen

  • On the Summary screen, you will see an overview of the booking:
    • Selected inventory
    • Date and time
    • Customer details
    • Total cost
  • From here, you can either send a quote or take a direct payment.

5. Send the Quote

  • To send a quote:
    • Click the Send Quote button.
    • The customer will receive the quote by email.
  • Once the customer pays, a waiver is automatically generated and sent to them.

6. Booking Status

  • Until payment is completed, the booking will appear in your Booking List with the status Pending.
  • Once the customer pays, the booking is confirmed and updates automatically.

Tip: Use the quote option when the customer needs time to review the booking details or prefers to pay later.
