Manage Bookings from the List and Calendar
Filter bookings, switch views, open booking details, edit jobs, resend waivers, and handle cancellations.
The Bookings page is where your team manages live jobs after they enter the system.
1. Filter the pipeline before you click into anything
Use the controls at the top of the page to narrow the workload.
You can filter and sort by:
- search term
- booking status
- date range
- event type
- past bookings
- sort order
Use filters first if you are trying to work only the jobs that actually need action today.
2. Switch between list and calendar view
InflateMate supports two ways to manage the same data:
- List view for operational follow-up
- Calendar view for schedule planning
Use List view when you are:
- calling customers
- sending invoices
- checking statuses
- opening one booking after another
Use Calendar view when you are:
- reviewing route density
- looking for date conflicts
- planning upcoming weekends
3. Open the booking details sheet
Click any booking to open the Booking Details sheet.
This is the main action hub for a job. From there you can:
- review booking information
- edit the booking
- complete the booking
- cancel the booking
- delete the booking when appropriate
- send an invoice
- mark the booking paid in cash
- resend the waiver
This sheet is the fastest place to manage one booking without leaving the Bookings page.
4. Edit or complete a booking
Use Edit when event details, items, timing, or customer data have changed.
Use Complete when the job is finished and ready to move out of the active operational queue.
Keep edits clean and intentional so your payments, waivers, and schedule stay aligned.
5. Cancel carefully and review the refund preview
If a job needs to be canceled, start the cancellation from the booking details sheet.
InflateMate can preview the refund breakdown before the cancellation is finalized.
That helps you review:
- how much has been paid
- how much is refundable
- whether a deposit is non-refundable
- the reason for the cancellation
Use the preview before confirming so the customer outcome matches your policy.
6. Resend waivers without leaving the booking
If the customer says they never received the waiver email, use Resend Waiver directly from the booking.
This saves time because you do not need to switch to the Documents section just to push the signing link again.
Quick tip
If you are doing end-of-day cleanup, filter for Pending first, then work through invoice sending, waiver resends, and cancellations in one pass.
