Use Business Insights
Read revenue trends, booking status mix, top inventory, and customer performance from the Insights dashboard.
The Insights page is your reporting snapshot. It turns recent booking activity into a few fast answers:
- how revenue is trending
- how many bookings are pending versus confirmed
- which inventory is performing best
- which customers drive the most business
What you see first
At the top of the page, InflateMate summarizes the headline numbers:
- Monthly Revenue
- Total Bookings
- Total Customers
- Inventory Units
These cards are useful for a quick owner check-in before you dive into the details.
1. Switch the revenue chart between week and month
The Revenue Trends chart supports two timeframes:
- Week
- Month
Use Week when you want to understand short-term booking momentum.
Use Month when you want a broader read on how the business is pacing.
The chart compares current performance against the recent period and highlights whether revenue is moving up or down.
2. Read booking status distribution
The booking status chart helps you spot pipeline issues.
Look for patterns like:
- too many Pending bookings that need follow-up
- a healthy mix of Confirmed bookings
- unusual growth in Cancelled jobs
If Pending is staying high, review your quote and invoice process in the Bookings section.
3. Track top-performing inventory
The top inventory card ranks which items are booked the most.
This is useful for:
- identifying best sellers
- deciding what to promote on your website
- planning what to duplicate or retire
- knowing which items deserve better photos or premium placement
If one item consistently dominates, consider bundling it into a package or using it in your marketing campaigns.
4. Review top customers
The customer section highlights repeat spenders and strongest accounts.
Use it to:
- identify VIP renters
- follow up with loyal customers
- build targeted coupon campaigns
- understand who is driving the most lifetime value
This is especially helpful before launching a seasonal promotion.
When to check Insights
Insights works best as a recurring habit:
- daily for a quick pulse check
- weekly for operations review
- monthly for pricing, staffing, and inventory decisions
Quick tip
If Insights shows strong traffic but weak conversion, the next pages to inspect are usually Bookings, Payments, and Website Builder.
